We can hardly believe it... Scissor & Stone has officially been named WA/NT Salon of the Year at the 2025 Australian Hair Industry Awards (Business).

This award is something our team has worked towards for years. It represents growth, consistency, and a shared commitment to raising the standard of what a salon experience can be. To be recognised on a national stage amongst such talented finalists is an incredible honour.

Over the weekend, part of our team travelled to Brisbane for the AHIA Gala, a night that celebrates the best in the Australian hair industry.

This year felt extra special as we were recognised across six categories, including:

• WA/NT Salon of the Year

• Director of the Year – Elle Tumelty

• Salon Coordinator of the Year – Lorren

• Salon Team Member of the Year – Chelsea

• Marketing of the Year

• In-Salon Education of the Year

To have every area of our business acknowledged from education and leadership, to marketing and culture, means more to us than words can say.
