What's your favourite part about leading the education at Scissor & Stone?

Coming off the floor to now being an educator has been a little challenging because when we are on the floor we sometimes do things and don't realise the why behind we are doing it. But I have really loved being more BTS of the business, meeting and learning from other educators to get inspiration and sharing everything I've learnt over the years.
