Describe your vibe in 3 words.

Introverted, tom-boy and a listener.

Shadae, what's your signature hair look that you love creating in the salon?

I love a beachy wave. I love a bouncy blowdry too but my wrists don't haha, so I like doing them but with rollers.

What do you love most about doing hair?

Using creativity and having that free flow and that trust in someone.

What's your coffee order?

Cappuccino with regular milk, plaing & simple.

What is your dream travel destination?

Either Brazil or Jamacia.

How do you want people to feel after sitting in your chair?

One word. RELAXED.

What's currently on your playlist?

My playlist is very mix & matched... At the moment, lots of Odel.

If you weren't a hairdresser, what would you be doing?

Either something in robotics but I don't think I have the energy for that haha! So probably some sort of shelter work, like a dog shelter.

What's your favourite thing about your clients?

Oh, I love that they are all so different but love that they all feel comfortable sharing things with me, it's a privilege.

What inspired you to become a hairdresser?

I had a cousin who was a hairdresser and when I wanted a job I worked with her and just ended up falling in love with it!

What's your favourite way to unwind after a big day in the salon?

Listening to music with my head phones in haha!

What's a secret talent or party trick you have?

It's not that interesting, but I suppose that I can pinch things really well with my toes haha.

What's your #1 tip for someone nervous to try a new look?

At the minute we have lots of tools like AI and filters so it's handy to get an insight, but just do it, hair grows back!

Guilty pleasure TV Show?

Love Island... Definitely the UK version.

What's your proudest moment as a stylist so far?

It's a constant for me, I think just learning and continuing to grow, I'm proud whenever I reflect on how far I've come.

What do you recommend for healthy hair?

Treatments, I love the Kerastase Fusio treatments we have in salon, but also the Chronologist Masque is sooooo good!!!

What's your spirit animal & why?

Maybe a lioness, just because I like them.

What's your top 3 favourite movies?

Law Abiding Citizen, The Hang Over 3 & The Grinch.

What's a hair myth you wish people would stop believing?

If you pull out your grey hairs you will get more haha
